The world is handcrafted, not randomly generated. Exploration supports the sandbox, but is not the main focus forever.

After around 20 hours, you can have explored the main content and then focus on your home base, farm, decoration, and personal goals.

Solarpunk is made by a very small core team and is designed as a focused, cozy experience.

Solarpunk has no story campaign and no narrative quest progression.

The game currently has 2 biomes and is not built around endless world discovery.
Want hundreds of hours before reaching the sandbox
The main progression can be completed in around 20 hours.
Need dedicated multiplayer servers or Crossplay
There are no public servers. One player hosts the game. There is no Crossplay.
Expect deep combat, deep character creation, or AAA scale systems
The character editor is simple, and the game is not trying to match large studio survival games in scope.
Dislike building, farming, decorating, or making your own goals
The long term fun comes from the sandbox, your base, your farm, and your creativity.


About the GameSolarpunk is a survival game in a technologically advanced world of floating islands. Alone or together with 4 friends, you can construct buildings, grow food, craft gadgets and explore distant islands with your own airship.
Use sunlight, wind and water to create an energy system and automate your processes like gathering resources and watering your plants.
🏠 Build freelyDesign your dream home base with a wide range of materials and decorations. You’re free to build cozy spaces, add tiny details, and make your island feel just like home.

⚡ Energy systemGenerate electricity using wind and solar energy. Weather conditions affect how much energy you produce, so you’ll need to plan ahead. Store energy in batteries and use wireless power to keep your base running smoothly.
👥 MultiplayerPlay solo or with friends. Everyone has their own inventory, and you can decide whether to build something together or create your own little corner in the sky.
🐷 Animals & FarmingIn Solarpunk, you live in symbiosis with animals. There is no exploitation, only coexistence. Pigs, for example, will dig up truffles if treated well. Growing fruits and vegetables is your main source of food. Plant seeds in the ground and harvest them once they’re fully grown.
🤖 AutomationAutomate your tasks using transport drones to gather resources, giving you more time to build and explore your skybound home.
✈️ AirshipEach player can build their own airship. Use it to travel to surrounding islands and discover new resources.
