Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Find quick answers to common questions about installing and running pre-installed Steam games.
Is this site safe? Any malware or hidden mining scripts?
Yes, our website is 100% safe. We verify and double-check all files for malware before uploading them. We do not use any mining scripts, adware trackers, or installers. You get clean, pre-installed folder archives directly from mirror servers.
The game won't launch or opens steam / redirects to Steam store page. Why?
This happens when your antivirus or Windows Defender automatically deletes or quarantines the crack files (usually DLL files like steam_api64.dll, steam_api.dll, or Goldberg emulators). To resolve this:
- Go to your Antivirus/Defender Protection History.
- Find the blocked/removed file and click **Restore**.
- Add the game folder to your Antivirus **Exclusions list** so it does not get scanned again.
How do I save my game progress?
Always run your games by right-clicking the executable and selecting **"Run as Administrator"**. If you do not run as administrator, the game won't have write access to its directory and will fail to write save files or configure options.
Can I play multiplayer online?
By default, cracked games only support offline single-player gameplay. However, some games include **Steamworks Fixes** or LAN emulators allowing you to play online on custom servers. If a game has multiplayer capabilities, it will be stated in its release page description or category tags.
My game runs with low FPS, stuttering, or constant crashes. Help?
Please double-check the **System Requirements** listed on the game page. Additionally, make sure your graphics drivers (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) are fully updated, close background intensive apps, and verify that your system is using your dedicated graphics card instead of the integrated motherboard CPU chip.
How can I extract files properly without errors?
Do not use the default Windows zip extractor as it does not support multi-part RAR archives and frequently skips files or flags path-length errors. Always use the latest version of **WinRAR** or **7-Zip**. Select all parts (if multi-part), right-click the first volume, and select "Extract here".
